Database Administrator

Paramatech is currently seeking a Database Administrator to work on new and existing projects with their growing team in Jakarta. Your primary focus will be a database administrator and their integration with backend services. You will be working along-side database administrators working on different layers of the infrastructure.

REQUIRED SKILL :

Proven working experience as a Database Administrator

Hands-on experience with database standards and end user applications

Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity and SQL

Familiarity with database design, documentation and coding

Previous experience with DBA case tools (frontend/backend) and third party tools

Familiarity with programming languages API

Problem solving skills and ability to think algorithmically

BS degree in a computer discipline or relevant certification

Managing database access and permissions

Ensuring that databases meet user requirements

Liaising with programmers, applications/operational staff, IT project managers and other technical staff

Reviewing and managing database security, integrity and backup procedures

Writing operating manuals and providing training and support for database use

Devising and implementing processes for resolving faults and data loss

Writing disaster recovery plans

Archiving data
